From the first walk of the property to a fully permitted, buildable site — White Mountain General Contractor helps landowners turn raw acreage into real opportunity.
Every property WMGC builds on today started as raw land — that's the first step in our Our Process approach on every job, and it's also where we can add the most value, long before a shovel goes into the ground.
Landowners sitting on significant acreage face the same questions: What can this land actually become? What will it take to get there — zoning, permitting, utilities, access? And who are the right partners to make it real?
WMGC brings a rare combination to that conversation: a general contractor's understanding of what it actually takes to build, paired with a real estate professional's market and deal perspective. We've spent years navigating New Hampshire's permitting and entitlement process, coordinating engineers and surveyors, and managing multi-year builds from raw ground to finished product.
For landowners considering a larger opportunity, we offer:
A look at recent site development work — from initial clearing through road access and foundation.
If you're evaluating raw acreage — for a custom home, a subdivision, or something larger — we'd welcome the conversation.
Start the ConversationConfidential Luxury Real Estate Development Project
This is a one-time, project-based academic practicum for design concept visualization — not an ongoing internship position — supporting a confidential, multi-year, multi-phase luxury residential development. The scope is limited to producing a conceptual visualization of proposed architecture sited on the property, for use in investor and development-partner outreach materials. Actual engineering and building design are outside the scope of this project. Site location and project details are shared only after a signed non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
Deliverables:
Build a 3D massing model of the proposed tower(s) and integrate it into a LIDAR-based terrain model of the property, producing a photorealistic rendering for outreach materials.
Build or import a 3D model of the proposed tower(s), integrate LIDAR-based terrain data, and produce a photorealistic rendering or short animated sequence, including a composited aerial fly-over.
Each track is a one-off, project-based practicum intended to be pursued for academic credit through the student's department, under faculty supervision — not an ongoing internship. Scope and duration are limited to the deliverables above. Should the development advance, there may be future opportunities for continued design involvement; none is implied or guaranteed.
Candidates and their faculty sponsor will be asked to sign an NDA prior to receiving specific project details, including site location, ownership, and development partners.
